As a Superintendent (Casing Drilling), you will be responsible for supervising and leading casing drilling operations while managing multiple crews and ensuring all projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role combines technical expertise in casing drilling and micropiling with strong leadership to coordinate resources, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will serve as a key liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients, ensuring project success and crew development.

Essential Job Functions
Lead and supervise crews performing casing drilling and micropiling operations, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
Operate and supervise the use of drilling equipment for casing, micropiling, tiebacks, strand anchors, duplex drilling, vertical and batter micropiles, doublehead drilling, and casing ranging from 4" to 12".
Oversee drilling operations to ensure alignment with project requirements, including measurements, depths, and angles.
Collect and ensure proper handling of soil, rock, or groundwater samples during drilling operations for analysis and testing.
Coordinate the setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling sites, including positioning equipment and clearing debris.
Monitor and enforce adherence to safety guidelines, conducting daily safety briefings and site-specific hazard training.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns immediately.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, engineers, clients, and crew members to align activities and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of daily activities, including drilling progress, grouting logs, safety meetings, and equipment usage.
Manage equipment maintenance, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs or upgrades to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide hands-on training and coaching to crew members, enhancing skill levels and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Identify and address technical problems during operations, implementing timely solutions to minimize project delays.

Compensation: $44 - $50/hour
